“Ethnic code in a spoon.” Klopotenko shared a recipe for an old dairy dish

“If they told me: describe it to nothing like a taste, I would say: it’s cheese. You just fill everything in shape, put it in the oven-and wait until something comes out of your own,” Klopotenko noted.

The recipe was recorded during a research expedition to the Chernihiv region.

Ingredients:

  • 50 g of millet;
  • 0.5 l of milk;
  • 0.5 l of kefir or yogurt.

Cooking

  1. Pour millet into baking dishes. Pour milk and kefir.
  2. Bake for two hours at a temperature of +160 ° C.

This dish can be eaten both hot and cold.

“Our ancestors knew how to cook simply and accurately. The result is an ethnic code in a spoon. Non -meaning, real, ours. Try. And say:“ Well, it’s brilliant simply, ”Klopotenko added.
