As she determined PAP, from the land and mortgage registers kept for Stanisław W.'s farm, whose body was found at home in Kosaków on January 31 this year. it follows that the owner of his whole property was the wife of “Mundka” – nephew, a legally convicted boss of the gang from Gdynia – Agnieszka W.

A press spokesman for civil affairs of the District Court in Gdańsk Łukasz Zioła told PAP that in all these land and mortgage registers there are still warnings about granting security by prohibiting Agnieszka W. (wife of Rajmund W.) of sale, charging and leaseing these properties towards third parties during the cited court proceedings. “The content of these land and mortgage registers, available through the browser, also shows that on March 21 this year complaints regarding the re -entry as the owner of Agnieszka W.” – added the judge Herb.

The wife of a convicted gangster is entered in the land and mortgage registers as the owner of 7 hectares of land at the sea near Gdynia, for which a 77 -year -old farmer with a nephew – a convicted criminal fought. The senior body was found in his house in January this year. The prosecutor's office explains the circumstances of the farmer's death.

She was again entered as the owner in the land and mortgage register as a result of the judgment of the Supreme Court of February last year. At the basis of the entry of her property rights, a 2011 donation agreement was indicated, the assessment of the validity of which will again be carried out by the Gdańsk Court of Appeal.

“When during the funeral of Stanisław I asked Father Mundek,” What about the farm now? “, He just said that now everything belongs to Rajmund,” one of the family members of the deceased farmer told PAP. He also added that “Mundek” decides, although formally on paper, the wife is the owner of the land.

The District Prosecutor's Office in Puck is investigating the death of Stanisław W.. His body found a relative in the morning of January 31 at home in Kosaków near Gdynia. The elderly man had head injuries and a stipper stipper wound. There was a mess in the room where the corpse was found.

The investigation was initiated on the murder, but as the prosecutor's office reserves, the legal qualification of the act may change. Investigators are waiting for the final assignment of expert doctors in forensic medicine.

Immediately after revealing the farmer's body, the police detained two nephews of the deceased: Marek W., who found the body of the victim and Rajmund W., pseud. Mundek. Both were questioned as witnesses and released home. So far, no one has heard the allegations in this case.

The unaware of the farmer and the criminal past of “Mundka”

The case concerning 7 hectares of land by the sea in Kosaków and Kazimierz near Gdynia began 14 years ago. Stanisław W. had 40,000 PLN debt at a friend, then his nephew Rajmund W. appeared with him “he scared me so effectively that I agreed to rewrite one plot for paying off the debt,” the host told PAP journalist in 2020.

In 2011, notarial acts related to the takeover of the property in Kosaków and Kazimierz were prepared by notary public Hanna W. Currently, she is one of the lawyers accused of participating in a housing mafia in the trial before a Gdańsk court. However, the acts prepared by Hanna W. did not apply to one plot, but all its land – 7 hectares by the sea.

Stanisław W., as he claimed, for several years did not know that apart from one plot worth about 200,000 PLN, he prescribed all the property to his nephew. He was not aware that Rajmund W., pseud. Mundek is a well -known police thief of cars.

In 2017 – after many years of trial – the criminal was legally convicted by the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk at 8 years in prison for driving an organized criminal group, theft of luxury cars, smuggling a kilo of cocaine and extortion of 30 thousand. PLN loan.

When in 2011 “Mundek” arranged notarial formalities with Stanisław W., he was at large due to the repeal of the detention center.

“My nephew explained to me that he was often not at home because he goes to the saxes. I did not know that he was sitting in a crime story at that time,” the farmer explained.

Stanisław W. accidentally learned about rewriting the entire property as a nephew at the Commune Office. At that time, he tried to interest the prosecutor's office, but in 2013, after several interrogations, she discontinued the investigation.

In 2014, the farmer filed a lawsuit for annulment of notarial acts to court. In 2017, the Gdańsk Court of Appeal issued a security of the lawsuit and “Mundek” and his wife could not have plots.

In October 2020, SA in Gdańsk legally annulled the notary contracts concluded in 2011, in which the farmer, against his will, got rid of the assets worth PLN 8 million of property – 7 hectares by the sea.

In the repealed judgment, the judges SA in Gdańsk did not focus on the attempt to fraud, but raised the invalidity of notarial acts, because “Mundek” with his wife had property separation and could not take the plots together in Kosaków and Kazimierz.

The Supreme Court did not divide these arguments in the verdict of February 2024. After examining the cassation complaint of Rajmund W. and Agnieszka W. (a final convicted boss of the gang and his wife), the Supreme Court set aside the judgment under appeal and referred the case to the Court of Appeal in Gdańsk for re -examination.

According to PAP, on February 25, 2025, information about the death of Stanisław W. and the heir's indication of the heir to the Court of Gdańsk. The process is to start in September this year (PAP)
