In the Kezhemsky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, a 15-year-old boy came to sexual contact with an 11-year-old girl and lost his freedom.

“According to the sentence, the age of the victim testifies to her helpless state, by virtue of which she could not understand the meaning of actions performed against her and resisted, in connection with which the actions of the defendant are qualified as a rape using a helpless state of a person who did not reach the age of 14 (paragraph 4 of Article 131 of the Ukrf),” the press service said.
The guy, who is now full of 17 years, sentenced the court to 6 years in prison.
