I expect a lot from the players who have been on the team for a long time. In the two games I practically made the goals received. The game was not as we wanted it because I had a short time. I have absolutely nothing but a conception of game that regardless of the coach, the duty is to respect, to play, to get involved. Football is not complicated, we complicate it a lot. Very good, but that doesn't make sure we win the game. We need a very well organized collective game. They understood what I want from them, there is nothing out of the ordinary. It is a system that any player can accommodate. The players I call, because I need the whole lot of players. To prove that it is worth being on this team and the results must appear. I am convinced, from what we do at workouts and individually, it will be good for the team.
Sure is a pressure. It is totally different from play-off games. Here is the pressure of existence that we have to motivate because we have experienced players and quality, but they must be proved on the field. Even though in recent years, Sepsi has been in the play-off, the current situation makes us come with our feet on the ground and prove to everyone that it is an accident that happened this year and see what we will do in the future.
