The scholarship program is aimed at supporting talented students who distinguished themselves in study, scientific activity or creating breakthrough projects, as well as the development of the personnel potential of Russian regions.

In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, according to the results of the II cycle of the competition, more than 30 students of universities and educational institutions of secondary vocational education (STR) will receive a nominal scholarship.

Active participants in the program were children from educational institutions, training specialists for the fuel and energy complex of the region, in particular, for SGK and SUEK-Krasnoyarsk enterprises. Financial support is determined for students of the Minusinsky agricultural college, the Nazarovsky energy-building college, the technical school of mining developments named after V.P. Astafyev, the Kansky Polytechnic College, the Krasnoyarsk Industrial and Metallurgical College and the Siberian Federal University.

Monthly payments for them will amount to from 5 to 25 thousand rubles. The basic scholarship – 5 thousand rubles – implies the lack of academic debt and good performance. It can be increased if the applicant is a graduate of the projects of the Melnichenko Foundation “Centers of Talents.FM” and “Professorclasses.FM”, won in contests of professional skills, awarded for conducting research work, etc.

Natalya Koksharova, Deputy Director of the Nazarovsky Energy Building College (NEST), said that this time three college students were winners of the competition for a personal scholarship. The winning third -year students of Nasta got deservedly: the guys win annually in the regional stage of the Professionals Championship, act as mentors for junior students and manifest themselves in creativity.

“A nominal scholarship is not just financial support for children, which is also important, it is also recognition of their merits and victories that they get thanks to work and perseverance. In addition, this is one of the tools for attracting and forming the personnel potential for the industry, ”said Natalya Koksharova.

“For students, a nominal scholarship is a very important incentive for development and personal growth,” says Lyudmila Danilovich, director of the college of mining developments named after V.P. Astafiev. – After all, to get it, it is not enough to show good results in learning, you need to manifest yourself in various competitions, and this is useful for honing practical skills, deeper immersion in the profession. Future experts have self -confidence, in their actions, it is so easier to adapt to enterprises. ”

It should be noted that with the support of the Melnichenko Foundation in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, comprehensive work is carried out on the formation and strengthening of personnel potential for enterprises of the fuel and energy complex of the region. The training of specialists is conducted from school. The guys receive basic knowledge and ideas about the professions of the fuel and energy systems in the “Professor. FM”. By releasing from them, schoolchildren receive state certificates about the assignment of the first profession. Deeper into the industry of adolescents “immerses” the project “trade union teams.FM” – during the summer, high school students are included in the work of energy and coal mines of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The next step is Professor, in the framework of which students undergo production practice at the enterprises of the fuel and energy complex.

The nominal scholarship, established by the Melnichenko Foundation, unites universities and educational institutions of secondary vocational education located in different regions of the country and leading training of specialists in the field of chemistry, heat power, mining, computer science and computing equipment, geological exploration, transport, etc. These are almost 50 areas of training in 42 leading universities and more than 30 names of specialties and almost 60 items of professions in 107 educational institutions of the SPO throughout Russia.
