A 46-year-old woman, administrator of a trading company in Constanța, is investigated by authorities for cheating and tax evasion, after fooling dozens of tourists, misleading them with the promise of accommodation places.
Constanța County Police announced on Wednesday that the woman has rented buildings in several resorts, but did not pay the rent or utilities for them, and some of the injured persons were misled with the accommodations in Predeal, Constanța, Costinești and Limanu.

The woman would have cheated on 33 people, creating a total damage of about 37,500 lei. In addition, the income obtained in the company's accounts would not have registered and did not declare them, thus evading the payment of taxes to the state.
Among the deceived people are two victims who, after being convinced that the building in Predeal will offer them accommodation, paid the amount of 5,500 lei. Also, 31 tourists from Constanța and Costinești were deceived, and the damage caused to them amounts to over 32,000 lei.
The file is also investigated a 35 -year -old man for complicity. “As an administrator of the same commercial company, the man would have participated in committing the facts committed by the 46 -year -old woman”is shown in the statement. At the same time, the police continue the checks and the commercial company involved in these facts.
The case prosecutor ordered that the woman be investigated under the judicial control for 60 days, and the authorities also instituted insurance measures in this case.
