Real estate in Ukraine will rise in price due to Ukrzaliznytsia's tariff
According to the calculations of the Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) Rostislav the box, the increase in prices for freight transportation, which Ukrzaliznytsya offers, will lead to a rise in expenses of building materials by 5-7%.
“The pace of construction will fall because of the need to revise budgets. Large infrastructure projects can be delayed and housing in cities will slow down by 10%. Economic real estate prices can increase by 2-4%, comfort class-by 1.5-3%, business class-by 1-2%, ”Economic Pravda writes.
In addition, the rise in the cost of logistics can affect the construction of fortifications for the military: the CCI evaluates the slowdown of fortifications by 3-5%.
