🟢💰 “Green Light” for corrupt officials: as people's deputies through legislation prepare a lite life for themselves
March 12 People's Deputy Oleksandr Tkachenko has submitted amendment to Bill No. 12374-Dwhich can become “green light” for corrupt officials.
🔻Tkachenko does not attempt to provide for people's deputies and officials the opportunity to avoid confiscation of illegally obtained property and punishment in the form of imprisonment, reducing the life of lifestyle and limiting the number of persons to be tested.
🔻Under the guise of “strengthening of the capabilities of the ARMA” the people's deputy tries to make changes to another law that Limit NACC functions and weaken the lifestyle monitoring tools.
The main changes offered by the People's Deputy:
▪️Significant narrowing of the circle of persons who can be monitored: only the declarant and his family members (husband/wife and minor children).
▪️Limiting lifestyle monitoring up to 3 months – this term is not enough to gather the necessary information.
Interestingly, Tkachenko himself is not ashamed to use the property that belongs to his brother or test. The level of cynicism is simply impressive …
