The Polish woman caused an accident in Germany, children were killed. There is a final judgment


A final judgment in the case of 43-year-old Ewa P. was passed on Thursday. According to the German Federal Court of Justice, the previous ruling did not contain procedural errors or other legal deficiencies.

Thus, the judges maintained the judgment of the District Court in Hanover, who sentenced a Polish woman to life imprisonment for qualified murder. According to that ruling, Ewa P. accepted the possibility that ahead of the passengers of oncoming vehicles may have been overtaking at a bend, where there is no obstacles.

At the time of the incident, the Polish woman was to take part in the illegal race. The second men – Marco S. – was sentenced to four years in prison. Early Ewa P. heard a sentence in the form of six years in prison. As a result of the appeal, however, he was repealed by the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe.

An accident in Lower Saxony. Ewa P. led to an accident in which two children were killed

The tragic accident took place in 2022 in the village of Barsinghausen in Lower Saxony. Ewa P. traveled Audi A6 along a road at 180 km per hour, where there was a limit to 70 km per hour.

The Polish woman tried to overtake in Seat led by Marco S. She hit Nissan, who traveled a couple with sons at the age of two and six. One of the boys died on the spot, and the other – after transporting to the hospital. Parents survived the accident.
