Russians will be fined half a million rubles for improper burning of garbage
The State Duma warned Russians about a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles for the wrong burning garbage in the country.
For burning, you need to create a safe place, use stewing products and burn only natural garbage, explained in the budget and tax committee.
It is forbidden to do this on peat soils, with a strong wind or next to coniferous trees.
