“Today, a very large group of people decide to resolve marriage. We would like them to be proceedings that do not have to be conducted in court. Where there are no minor children in care, where there is no dispute between the parties where people want to part and want to part (we would like – PAP) to be done before a civil law clerk, and in the future, perhaps, also before a notary public,” said on TVP info Maciej Berek, who in addition The Standing Committee of the Council of Ministers has also been heading the government team coordinating the work on deregulation since March this year.

Asked whether among the analyzed deregulation changes it is planned to introduce fees for irrevocable visits to a specialist doctor, Berek replied that this topic has not been discussed yet. “We have such a work system that first a team that works on the social side presents us with a proposal, we initially analyze it, we discuss with the relevant minister and only then we have a position for it. I will stick to it,” he said.

The minister announced that the first projects on deregulation are to be adopted in May, during pre -holiday weeks. He reminded that the government wants to limit the provisions regulating the rules of conducting business activity, but also in mind that a significant part of them has its source in EU regulations.

Work on deregulation is carried out, among others As part of the “We check” initiative, headed by the head of InPost Rafał Brzoska. Last week, Minister Berek announced that out of 111 proposals submitted by the initiative for implementation, two -thirds were directed, and almost a third went to deepened analysis.
