Claudiu Late, the president of the Golden National Council, said on Saturday, for Mediafax, that he learned, on sources, that he was suspended from the party. Meanwhile, the Mediafax article has been deleted. Representatives of Gold transmitted, for Hotnews.ro, that no party meeting was held: “It was not suspended late”, sources of gold said.

“Regarding the information that appeared, the Alliance for the Union of Romanians makes it clear that no meeting of the party on Saturday, April 5,” took place, “gold representations.

In an article that was in the meantime he was deleted from the media, Claudiu Tibdiu said he learned on sources that he was suspended from his position in the party.

“I also found out about sources of this decision, I was not officially informed, so I do not know what the reasons are. I am waiting for the official decision to decide what I have to do further,” said late, quoted by the Mediafax article. The publication claimed that, according to his information, the decision to suspend Târfă would have been taken on Saturday, because of his late critics to the gold leader, George Simion.

HotNews.ro contacted Claudiu Târgiu for a point of view, but until the time of publication of this article I did not get any reaction from him.

According to a gold press release, the latest party leadership meeting took place on April 3-4 in Slănic Moldova, in Bacău county.

Among other things, it was decided that “the only variant in which the Extraordinary Congress of the Party is convened is only in the case where the party president, George Simion, is elected as President of Romania. The vote was unanimous for this resolution.”
