All this time in the apartment in the next room was the mother of the murdered-a sedentary 86-year-old woman with hearing and vision problems. She found the body of her daughter and called the police. The boy in the morning calmly went to school, where he was detained.
“It was established that he lived in the family of a guardian since 4 years old, he has no blood ties with her. Since December 2023, his family has been registered with the prevention system, as being in a socially dangerous situation due to an aggression manifested by a teenager regarding peers, ”the prosecutor’s office said.
In the trial, the teenager refused to testify, and in the last word he said: “I am sorry.”
The court found him guilty of committing a crime under Part 1 of Art. 105 of the Criminal Code. In addition to imprisonment, he was prescribed forced medical measures.
