In the Zheleznodorozhny district of Krasnoyarsk, a two-story brick house at 9 Kalinina Street is being demolished.
The building was built in 1949, and was declared unsafe in 2020 – the deterioration process was more than 70%.
“38 people lived inside, they were completely resettled this year. The owners received cash payments or were given other apartments. Now the building is almost completely destroyed, the contractor is completing work on the site,” the urban planning department said.
The mayor's office noted that by the end of spring in Krasnoyarsk it is planned to demolish three more already occupied emergency houses, which are located on Berezina, Spandaryan and Ozernaya streets.
