On Friday, at the request of Poland, it took place A special meeting of the UN Security Council in the USA, which was devoted to the situation in Poland. The vast majority of countries condemned the raid of Russian drones to Poland.

The representative of Russia argued that Poland “has no evidence” that the drone raid was a Russian provocation and does not want escalation of tension with Warsaw.
Representing Poland at the UN meeting, the deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Marcin Bosacki referred to Russian suggestions that drones in Poland may not belong to Russia, or that they were there as a result of a failure. At the same time, he showed photos of the remains of machines with Russian signs and accused Moscow of a lie, calling the Kremlin language “Neo-Orwellowski”.
– We in the region remember a similar rhetoric of Russian diplomats, when Russia, then Soviet, attacked Czechoslovakia in 1968, Hungary in 1956 or Poland together with Nazi Germany in September 1939. – said the deputy minister.
