Three men were detained after the beating with axes and swords that took place on Saturday morning on Nicolae Romanescu Boulevard in Craiova, after which a man was killed and four others were injured, announces IPJ Dolj.
The beating took place between two clans in Craiova. According to the local press, it all started from a traffic jam, and among those involved there were older conflicts.
“Thus, as a result of the evidence administered, the case prosecutor ordered the detention of a 20-year-old in terms of committing murder offenses, disturbing public order and peace, as well as two other men, 17 and 47, in the aspect of committing the offenses of public order,”
Also, four other people are admitted to a medical unit, which are under the supervision of the police.
At the same time, the investigations were extended, to determine if there were other persons present on the spot, at the time of the incident, the police say.
During this day the judge of rights and freedoms will be notified of the Dolj Tribunal with a proposal to take a preventive measure.
