However, Fiorentina managed to create problems at the end of the match, succeeding in the 79th minute, through Captain Luca Ranieri, who defeated Vanja Milinkovic-Savic with a short corner, after which she besieged the opponent in trying a spectacular return, but this did not happen.

As a result of this result, the Italian champion accumulated nine points and climbed the first position in the standings. On the other hand, the band “Viola” remained at the terminal with number 2, and currently, only the 13th place.

In the next stage of Serie A, Napoli will receive the visit of the newly promoted Pisa, while Fiorentina will face the COMO, also on “Artemio Frachi”.

Fiorentina will start the UEFA Conference League campaign in early October, and the first match will be on their own ground, in front of the Czechs at Sigma Olomouc.
