Drone attacks on Russian oil installations have become an ordinary feature of the Ukraine's defense strategy, meant to disrupt military fuel supply and cut a key source for the financing of the war.
A recent change, however, is that such attacks take place during the day and in the depths of the Russian territory. Bashkiria, or the Bashkortostan Republic, is about 900 kilometers from the border with Ukraine.
