“Failure does not apply to the Polcard From Fiserv terminals” – informs Business Insider Magdalena Szymczak, Senior Communication Manager at Fiserv Polska.
It seems that the problems were only in Eservice terminals, and this is the largest operator in Poland with over 400,000. Terminals in 2024 and plans to install another 41,000 for the current year. Polcard and Polish epatibility have over 250,000 of them.

Before that, a failure in the operation of non -cash payments and “intensive work on restoring full system efficiency” was reported.
How We found out unofficially in one of the Polish large banksthe problem mainly concerned credit cards and those whose supplier is Visa. According to information on DownDector, however, the problem was also affected by MasterCard.
The culmination of the problems occurred around 13:00. Before 15:00, applications at DownDector were already sporadic. Some terminals operated correctly and accepted payments.
The problem occurred throughout the country, but mainly in the largest cities.
