In Krasnoyarsk, the administration did not plan to put in order access to garages on Gladkova Street. Such an answer was received by the deputy of the Legislative Assembly Ilya Zaitsev.
He recalled that he wrote an appeal to the city administration after appeals from people who use garages on Gladkova Street began to come to him. Some of the boxes were demolished for the construction of the road, and it is almost impossible to approach the rest.
“The official response of the Department of Urban Planning was received. It says: temporary decisions to ensure access to garages are not provided for the project, the entrances will be restored only after the completion of the construction of the road. The terms of this construction are currently not determined, ”Ilya Zaitsev explained.
The deputy emphasized that such a position does not meet the legitimate interests of the owners.

“The right of ownership is not only ownership, but also the opportunity to use their property. Leaving people without entrance for an indefinite period means actually limiting this right. And now we are not only about the opportunity to drive up to these specific garages on Gladkov. We are talking about the fundamental approach of the profile department: the willingness to turn a blind eye to the consequences of their decisions for specific people and to transfer inconvenience to residents under the pretext of the project is not provided, ”the deputy said.
A member of the Legislative Assembly sent an official request to the prosecutor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory with a request to give a legal assessment of the administration’s actions and take measures to organize temporary access to garages.
