The Ministry of Finance and Economy is intensively working on introducing provisions that will prevent the inheritance of the lease law in municipal apartments. Tomasz Lewandowski, deputy minister responsible for housing policy, pointed out in an interview with Interia that the new rules are to take into account a fair approach to real estate management. Details are to be revealed in September.
