The unusual sequences with a 90 kilograms bear, with stomach problems, transported on a tar and subjected to medical analyzes, have gone viral in Turkey this week, CNN reports.
The Okan Bear felt bad after eating too many fruits in a zoo, so he was taken to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine Cerrahpașa of the University of Istanbul, where he was treated and later discharged.
“Our bear, Okan, was admitted to stomach pain and abdominal discomfort. The veterinarian at the çekmeköy rehabilitation center immediately noticed a sensitivity in the Okan's stomach area,” said the president of the Board of Nature and Life in Istanbul, Burak Memişoğlu, for CNN Turk.
“It was subjected to a computerized tomography (CT – no) to check if there are masses. However, the results of the computerized tomography have come clean, and the hemoleucogram has been checked and there have been no problems. Now it is very well and happy and will soon be in the pool to cool,” added Memişoğlu.
Trt World has published pictures with Okan at the hospital and said that the bear is 3 years old.

Visitors of the zoo are happy to see him playing and recognizing him from the news.
It's not the first time Okan eats too many fruit. Received a similar treatment for the same problem three years ago. He also received the name “Okan”, a very popular one in Turkey.
“Three years ago, when our new employee went to the hospital and did not know the name of our bear, he quickly said:” I gave it my own name, his name is Okan, “and the name of our bear was recorded as Okan,” said Memişoğlu.
Employees of the Center for the Protection of Wild Life Continue to monitor Okan and adjust their food so that they have no problems with the stomach.
“Our veterinarians and biologists here adjust the food intake of our animal friends; the quantity does not change, neither up, nor down. Okan now eats fruits and vegetables, and in winter Bonito and honey,” said Memişoğlu.
