Cristiano Ronaldo on retirement: “I'll probably cry. But I've been preparing my future since I was 25, 26 or 27”
“It will be soon. But I think I will be ready. Of course it will be hard. I will probably cry. But I have been preparing my future since I was 25, 26 or 27 years old. So I am convinced that I will be able to take this pressure,” said Ronaldo, quoted by sport.aktuality.
Ronaldo is sure he will manage without football as he wants to focus on his family and interests. “Nothing compares to the adrenaline I get from football, when I score goals. But everything has a beginning and everything has an end.”
“I have other passions. Vohe had more time for me, I will have more time for my family, to raise my children. I want to guide Cristiano Junior because he is at the age where children do stupid things. I was the same. Mateo also loves football.
I want to do more fun things. I like to play padel with my closest friends. And we're pretty good”Ronaldo added
Throughout his career, Ronaldo played for Sporting Lisbon, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus and Al Nassr. He won 5 Champions Leagues, 4 with Real and one with United, 3 Premier League titles, two in La Liga and two in Serie A, among others.
