In Antalya in the south of Turkey, a diplomatic forum began on Friday with the participation of over 20 leaders of countries and governments and about 50 ministers of foreign affairs. The participation of the heads of diplomacy of Ukraine and Russia, Andriy Sybiha and Sergei Ławrowo is planned.
About 450 representatives of authorities from 140 countries are to participate in the forum, including presidents, heads of government, ministers. The number of all participants is estimated by the organizer at about 4,000.
Discussions are to concern, among others situation in the Middle East, reconstruction of Syria, security in Europeas well as the situation around the Black Sea and in the Southern Caucasus, the fight against terrorism, raw materials.
The fourth edition of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, whose slogan is “Restoring diplomacy in a divided world”, will last until Sunday.
