Over 80 billion in bonds. Such a debt is planned by the government in the budget for 2026

Next year, the Ministry of Finance intends to sell retail bonds worth over PLN 81.2 billion – according to the draft budget for 2026, it is more than in the current year, when the total sale of retail papers for over PLN 73.8 billion is planned.

Next year, the Ministry of Finance plans to sell savings bonds worth over PLN 81.2 billion – it was stated in the justification to the draft budget at 2026.

This year, the sale of retail bonds is to amount to over PLN 73.8 billion. By the end of July – according to MF data – the sale of retail bonds amounted to almost PLN 45.6 billion. In turn, in 2024, the Ministry of Finance sold savings bonds worth PLN 82.6 billion. (PAP)
