Israel in the crosshairs of the German press. “They deliberately kill journalists in gas”

“SZ” cites statistics according to which from October 2023 over 192 journalists were killed by an Israeli army. In the Monday attack on the hospital Naser in Chan Junus was killed by at least 20 people, and among the victims were journalists working, among others for Al-Jazira television, Reuters and AP agency or NBC station.
The German newspaper resembles the fate of a photojournalist and winner of the Pulitzer Award Anas Al-Szarif, who died in the Israeli raid on August 10. “It was the expected death, the Israeli army led him a months of several months, on all fronts. Al-Szarif counted on with his death, asked people not to stay close to him”-we read in the article.
“SZ” does not believe that the investigation of the Israeli authorities regarding the attack on the hospital Nasser turned out to be fruitful. “It can be expected to lead to nowhere,” says the newspaper.
The press writes about “deliberate and deliberate”
“This was the case with the death of the Palestinian-American journalist Al-Jazira Shirin Abu Akil, killed by an Israeli sniper in 2022 without any consequences. The same was also the same in the case of the death of a journalist of the reuters agency Issama Abdallah, who was hit by an Israeli rocket in October 2023” – we read in “Sz”.
These murders were “deliberate and deliberate”, as follows from investigations of reporters without borders and many other organizations. “Sz” has no doubt that “Israel's government and its army are in fact a deliberate war against the press, and foreign journalists are denied independent access to the Gaza Strip.”
What's more, “Local journalists in Gaza are killed by Israel so that the world does not see the horror movie taking place there.” And those who still work there do it with “the awareness that they will soon become the target of the Israeli attack.”
