Elections for the Capital City Hall. And PNL publishes a survey, made by the insc: Băluță is a favorite. Two scenarios taken into account – Anca Alexandrescu or George Simion. What scores do they have

Daniel Băluță, the current PSD mayor of Sector 4, would win the elections for the Capital City Hall if the poll were conducted next Sunday, according to an Inscop Research survey presented by PNL, Sunday, shortly after the course research appeared in the public space. The Inscop survey analyzes two scenarios – one in which George Simion is applying from gold, and the other in which the party is represented by the producer Realitatea Anca Alexandrescu.

• The Inscop survey was conducted in Bucharest, in August 2025, at the command of PNL. The sample included 1,107 respondents, and the error margin is +/- 2.9%. The research method is not mentioned.
• On Sunday, but earlier, a course was published that also places Daniel Băluță at the head of the race for the City Hall. According to the research, Cătălin Drulă (USR) would rank 2 with 20%, and Cristian Popescu Piedone (Pusl) and Ciprian Ciucu (PNL) would take every 11%.

Inscop survey, at the command of PNL. The ranking for the City Hall

Scenario 1 – Anca Alexandrescu is applying from gold. Under these conditions, the survey places Daniel Băluță from the PSD, with 26.2% (of the 79.2% of respondents who expressed a voting option).

The social-democrat is followed by Ciprian Ciucu from PNL, with 23.8%. Anca Alexandrescu, from gold, would be in the third position, with 21.2% of the votes. Cătălin Drulă from the USR follows, with 18.4% and Ana Ciceală from the sense, with 8.5%.

Scenario 2 – George Simion is applying from Gold. Daniel Băluță is also in the first position, with a score of 26.9%, of the 80.4% of the respondents who expressed a voting option. Behind him is Ciprian Ciucu, with 23.6%, followed by George Simion, with 22%, Cătălin Drula, with 16.9%and Ana Ciceală, with 8.5%.
