In Krasnoyarsk, a new season of work on replacing solid fuel boilers in private houses of citizens starts. It takes place as part of the federal project “Clean Air” of the national project “Environmental well -being.”
This year it is planned to transfer to ecological heating 1120 houses in the regional center. The budget for these purposes provides for 854.5 million rubles. According to the results of the competition at the end of March, the contractor was determined. It became Renova Engineering LLC. The company is registered in Nizhny Novgorod, but has experience in Krasnoyarsk. The day before, the director of the organization Yaroslav Chumpuuridze specially flew to Krasnoyarsk to meet with the Minister of Ecology of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Vladimir Chasovitin and personally evaluate the scale of the upcoming work.
As last year, for the owners of houses, the installation of new boilers will be free. The ministry provides the contractor with access to information about all houses whose owners have expressed a desire to become participants in the environmental program. Vladimir Chesovitin noted that work with the Krasnoyarsk residents does not stop there, since the governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is set to transfer the maximum possible number of houses to ecological heating in order to save the regional capital from emissions.
Within the framework of this task, the issue of working with the owners of those houses who could not get into the program was separately discussed due to the technical inconsistency of their boiler boilers. Now on the list is 21 such a house. Their owners expressed their readiness to invest money in the re -equipment of the boiler room at their own expense, but with a guarantee that then they would definitely receive boilers.
“Especially for them, our lawyers have developed an agreement that will be concluded between the contractor and the owners of such premises. If this topic goes, ordinary people will see that we do not deceive anyone and fulfill our obligations, it will be easier for us to organize this program in the following years, ”said Vladimir Chasovitin.
Specialists of Renova Engineering LLC will begin to work in Krasnoyarsk next week. After studying the documents, they will begin bypasses of houses to draw up technical solutions and estimates to each house. The second meeting with the owners will already be to sign the agreement and discuss the timing of the start of work.
Vladimir Chesovitin emphasized that this year the federation set the task of starting work to replace equipment since May.
