The ministry emphasizes that recruitment for pilot is conducted in open mode – the order of submitting applications is irrelevant, and all projects will be assessed according to the same criteria. The program is addressed to both micro, small and medium -sized enterprises, as well as to large companies and public institutions. Thanks to this, entities with a varied scale of activity can use the pilot, which will check how the solution works in different organizational conditions.
Funds intended for piloting come from the labor fund reserve. Financing will include Organizational and technological changes consisting in improving the processes used in the organization, employee training or co -financing their remuneration during the program.

The pilot has a budget of PLN 50 million for 2025–2027. The maximum support value for one project is PLN 1 millionwhere The cost per one employee covered by the program may not exceed 20 thousand. zloty. In 2025 alone, PLN 10 million was allocated to the implementation of the project.

The submitted projects must include at least half of employees employed with a given employer, guarantee the maintenance of remuneration and employment stability. The ministry does not impose one solution – employers can test different models: Four -day work week, shorter days, longer holidays or flexible hours of starting work.
The list of qualified projects will be announced until October 15, 2025. The program was scheduled in three stages: preparatory (by the end of 2025), test (all of 2026) and a summary, which will end in May 2027.
