Ploiești Oil is in a full scandal with the Ticketing Company Iabilet, the one who deals with the process of selling subscriptions and tickets to the Prahovean team until recently. Iabilet accused Ploiesti for non -payment of debts worth 750,000 lei and acted the club in court. ♦ The Sports Gazette spoke with the company's director, Răzvan Manta, after the Ploiesti accused the supplier because he is guilty of lowering the number of tickets and subscriptions sold. The clear sign that the situation is extremely complicated is the fact that in the Bucharest Court a file was opened in the VI civil section, with Iabilet as the applicant, and the Association of the Petrol 52 Sports Club (ACS Petrol 52) and Cristian Fogarassy, an official of the club, as defendants.

The Sports Gazette contacted Răzvan Manta, director iabilet.ro, who explained the position of the company that it represents in case the oil situation.
Manta accuses the officials of the “yellow wolves”, especially the “vice” Cristian Fogarassy, of calling on various subterfuges in order not to comply with the contractual obligations.
“We signed a contract with them, being, two years ago, in a serious financial situation. We talked with them to help them and we paid in advance a kind of lending, financing. We paid some tickets on some future games, and we will recover our money from ticket sales.
Moreover, I left them half of the receipts. Basically, I gave them a sum of money, half were detained by the money granted, and the other was granted to them, so they could do their job. Only I say that there were situations in which they asked us: “Please do not stop us from money, that we need money in the cantonment and we have no money for air.” I personally said, “Let's help them leave them.” After which they accepted new funding.
I gave them another lending, we bought other tickets in advance and we were going to recover our money now, from the sale of subscriptions for the new season, 2025-2026. Fixed when we had to let go of selling subscriptions, they were still extending: “Wait that we don't have that ready, we don't have graphics ready,” they still found reasons to postpone. They work in the back and having an agreement with Enteix, another ticket site.
From my point of view, they did not terminate with us … When you have a debt and you do not fulfill your contractual obligations, you can not terminate. But in the end … they are also in a preventive agreement. I told them we did not agree to get out of the contract. First of all, the contract is ongoing, and two in hand, you have a debt to us of 750,000 lei.
They said: “No, no, the results of the sale of tickets are not the expected ones.” “Okay, but you did nothing, marketing is non-existent, you did nothing to increase the sale of tickets.” They said that before they were selling better … They had started the last championship well, obviously there was an emulation on the part of the supporters. Subsequently, they reached the second part of the standings, obviously the interest of the supporters were not the same as in the first stages. They said it was because of us.
We have fulfilled all the contractual obligations. What we proposed to do I did. They wanted to find an excuse for which they do this. I told them we didn't agree. Moreover, in that contract, there is a guarantor and a natural person, from the club, that is Mr. Fogarassy. He is behind the whole operation!

I have my suspicions! Sure he took some money under his hand to get us out. Very relaxed and arrogant, said he was not interested and that we sue. Love with force does not exist, but do your duty!
He did what he knew … I told him to give us the duty back. He told me that it was complicated, that I was in accordance with preventive. He tried to earn time, saying he wants to do an act to regulate. We had nothing to regulate, it is already an additional contract for the payment of the respective tickets.
They told us that a kind of transaction contract is expecting from the lawyers, to see how this money give us. They lasted a few more weeks … it was drawn to the maximum! After that, they told us that his lawyer does not agree to be part of this new transaction contract. The initial contract was valid! Finally, he told us that he can sign as a guarantor for only 500,000 lei.
«What do you mean 500,000? We have to recover from you 750,000 lei ». They did not answer the phone … If you know how innocent you, you take an official position or answer, do not sit down, do not answer the phone. He told me that they only give us 500,000 euros, that he does not know if he stays at the club. I had proposed to give us a part at the end of August and a part at the end of the year. I told him that we did not accept not to pay us the whole amount, although there was still understanding that there is a staggering of payments, so that the team does not clog more.

I say we didn't promote their events? It's not true. We promoted and gave money from us in Meta, to make campaigns to sell tickets. There are things that can be verified. On Thursday at noon, after the accusations made by those from Iabilet of the Prahovean club, the officials from Petrole Ploiești published a large press release, in which they presented the situation from their perspective, explaining how to reach unilateral termination with the company in question, which he accuses of being guilty for the low number of tickets and subscriptions sold.
Because a former commercial partner has chosen, through comments posted on a social network, to launch a series of accusations meant to injure the image of our club, we see ourselves to make the following details.
As it is known, ACS Petrol 52 is in the procedure of preventive agreement, and the main measures stipulated in the plan are aimed at optimizing the revenues and lowering the costs. In this regard, the unilateral termination of the contract with the company Iabilet was caused by a series of deficiencies notified over time, such as:
– not promoting our events;
– the imposition, without the agreement of the club, of an additional tax for the tickets purchased online, tax collected only by Iabilet;
– opening the ticket offices late, in repeated situations, which aroused the dissatisfaction of our supporters;- the physical cards for the subscriptions purchased by our supporters from the ticket office were not delivered at the time of purchase, but late;
– lack of a strategy to promote tickets and subscriptions.All these led to a drastic decrease in sales of tickets and subscriptions, which, obviously, was reflected in the club's revenues, difficult to fulfill the plan assumed through the preventive agreement.
In addition, we mention that, in terms of debt, our club proposed the payment of a trance of 75% until 21.08, and the difference until 30.12.2025. Variant refused by Iabilet!
In this situation, in the conditions in which there is already a process that is already open on this case, we will let justice pronounce.
