In the Zheleznodorozhny district of Krasnoyarsk, the passenger train mortally injured a 73-year-old local resident who violated the rules of conduct on the railway.
Everything happened on August 19 in the area of the Outponing stop platform.
“According to preliminary data, the family crossed the railway tracks to a prohibiting traffic signal in front of an approaching train. Some people managed to run away to a safe distance, and a 73-year-old man hit a train, ”said Siberia transport police.
From the injuries, the man died on the spot.
Other circumstances are clarified The Krasnoyarsk Investigative Department of Transport conducts a pre -investigation inspection on the grounds of the crime under Part 2 of Art. 263 of the Criminal Code (violation of traffic safety rules and the operation of railway transport, resulting in the death of a person).
