In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the results of the “Culture of the Small Motherland” project were summed up

In preparation for the party forum “There is a result,” a work site was held for the implementation of the party project “Culture of the Small Motherland.” Deputies, heads of territories and heads of cultural institutions visited facilities in the ZATO village of Solnechny, Uzhursky district and Achinsk.
In the closed city of Solnechny, major renovations of the children's art school are ongoing (79 million rubles from the budget). The roof has been completed, windows, wiring and heating have been replaced, and interior work is now underway. The facade will be repaired in the third stage. Completion date: September 2027. There are 436 children in the school.
A new children's school for 400 places is being built in Uzhur with the involvement of federal funds (414 million rubles). Construction began in 2025 and will be completed in 2027.
The results of the project were summed up at the Achinsk Art School. Its major renovation (66 million rubles from budgets of all levels) was completed in September 2022: the facade, roof, communications were updated, equipment and furniture were purchased.
“As for the “Culture of the Small Motherland” project, over 10 years the amount we received to support all our cultural institutions that are included in the project amounted to more than two billion rubles. We started the day in the ZATO village of Solnechny, then moved to Uzhur, looked at the progress of the repairs and the beginning of the construction of the children's art school. It was no coincidence that an extended meeting of the Public Council of the party project “Culture of the Small Motherland” was held at the Achinsk Children’s Art School. The abandoned school building, which was extensively renovated in 2022, now lives to the fullest, with more than three hundred children learning to create here. Not only members of the Project Public Council in the hall and representatives of the municipal districts of the western group of the region worked with us, but another 78 people participated in the work in the VKS mode. Thanks to all participants! We not only summed up the implementation of an absolutely wonderful project, but also unanimously expressed hope for its continuation, as well as expansion of directions! Our party project “Culture of the Small Motherland” really helps make the lives of the residents of our region better! I thank everyone who works in the project, first of all!” said Vera Oskina, chairman of the regional Legislative Assembly Committee on Education and Culture, regional coordinator of the project.
In total, under the project in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, 24 libraries were modernized, 12 recreation centers were repaired, more than 50 colleges and universities received new instruments, and over 300 performances were staged.
“Renovating theaters, museums, libraries and art schools in the region is one of our priorities. The “Culture of the Small Motherland” project, which is being implemented by “United Russia”, provides great assistance in this regard. Thanks to the work being done in villages and small towns across the country, institutions for creativity and recreation for residents are being transformed into modern, comfortable spaces. We will continue to put cultural institutions in the territories in order – we are receiving many requests from municipalities. During the project’s existence, we have already supported more than 400 initiatives,” noted Mikhail Kotyukov, secretary of the Krasnoyarsk regional branch of United Russia, governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The “There is a result” forum is taking place throughout the country. In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the results of the party’s five-year popular program, based on 40 thousand suggestions from residents, are being summed up at 11 sites.
