He is also the chairman of the subcommittee on pharmacy and pharmaceutical activity of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Nation Health. According to the investigation, Kuzminykh received a bribe for assistance in signing contracts between private companies and one of the hospitals in the Zhytomyr region for the supply of medical equipment.
