Officially, pharmacies are decorated for his driver – Maxim Tokova, who also appears in the case of a bribe of the People's Deputy as a mediator.
But this is not the only connection. Igor Salko – the same person acting on behalf of the Kuzmina Brothers Charitable Foundation, is the signatories at the same pharmacy company Maximum EF.
According to the chairman of the Public Council at the NAPC Kateryna Butko, in case of confirmation of the fact of receipt of income from lobbying, the NACC has the right to draw up an administrative protocol and transfer materials to law enforcement agencies. If it is proved that the deputy has promoted the interests of this business, NABU should investigate the relevant criminal proceedings.
Kuzminy heads the subcommittee on pharmacy in the profile committee of the Council and at the same time, according to the media reports, actively lobbies the interests of the Darnitsa pharmaceutical pharmaceutical, in particular through the promotion of legislation against large pharmacy networks.
The UNN editorial staff appealed to the NAPC with a request to check the activities of the People's Deputy. The question of whether the NACC is ready for action remains open.
