Eight pages of documents with the Department of State Department were found on Friday morning at a hotel, about 20 minutes away from the military base, in which the leaders met. Documents were most likely prepared by US employees and accidentally left in one of the public hotel printers. They contained accurate information about the place and time of meetings at the summit, as well as telephone numbers of American government employees.

According to the National Public Radio (NPR) The documents were found by three hotel guests who did not want to reveal their identity. NPR published photos of documents sent by one of the guests.

The White House or Department of State did not respond to the request for commentary on the documents found – the American public radio donated.

They contained, among others Information about the order of Friday meetings, including the names of the rooms in the military base where the conversation was to take place. They also show that Trump was to give Putin a gift – a desk statuette with American Bielik.

The next pages contained the names and numbers of the three employees of the American administration and the names of representatives of the US and Russia authorities. There was a phonetic record of the names of Russians participating in the summit. It was noted that the name of the Russian leader should be pronounced as: “Poo-tihn”.

The documents were also described by lunch, which was to take place during the summit. It was emphasized that he was to be published “in honor of his Excellency Vladimir Putin”. The leaders of the US and Russia were to sit opposite themselves. The lunch, which was to consist of three dishes, did not come to fruition. The menu includes lettuce, fillet mignon, Halibuta and Creme Brulee.

– I think this is another proof of sloppiness and administration incompetence. No documents are left in the printers. It's so simple – said Jon Michaels, a professor of law at the University of California in Los Angeles.

The website emphasized that this is the latest example from a series of security violations committed by Trump administration officials. At the beginning of this week, members of the grouping of law enforcement agencies, in which the officers of the immigration and customs service (ICE) participated, added a random person to talk about the ongoing search for the convicted person for attempted murder. NPR also reminded in this context. Signalgate scandal, when they were mistakenly invited to a group chat, where planned strokes in Yemen, editor -in -chief of Atlantic magazine Jeffrey Goldberg were discussed.
