On the afternoon of August 4, a 67-year-old woman told law enforcement officers that she and her husband went to the forest, where he got lost, and had no phone with her.
In search, employees of the criminal investigation department, traffic police, PPS, precinct police, a dog handler with a service dog, rescuers and volunteers.
After almost two days, the man was found alive.
“Dozens of people did not stop looking for a pensioner. The police combed the territory where he could be and a local mushroom pickered came out to meet them. He said that he had recently seen the missing person and indicated the direction where he met him, after which he went for help – the pensioner was very exhausted to get out on his own. Having headed to the indicated place, the police found a 67-year-old man sleeping and took home. Now nothing threatens his health, ”said the State Department of Internal Affairs.
