Ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken liver;
- two bulbs;
- one carrot (large);
- 60 g of flour (2 tbsp. L. with a hill);
- 50 g of sour cream;
- two eggs;
- salt (to taste);
- black pepper (to taste);
- vegetable oil (for frying).
Cooking
- We rub the carrots on a large grater.
- We cut the onion finely.
- Fry the onion with carrots in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
- Salt carrots with onions and mix.
- My liver, dry with a paper towel, remove the films and finely chop. So the sickens will turn out very juicy.
- Add flour to the liver and mix.
- Add sour cream, eggs, pepper, salt, dill and mix again.
