Ingredients:

  • 500 g of chicken liver;
  • two bulbs;
  • one carrot (large);
  • 60 g of flour (2 tbsp. L. with a hill);
  • 50 g of sour cream;
  • two eggs;
  • salt (to taste);
  • black pepper (to taste);
  • vegetable oil (for frying).

Cooking

  1. We rub the carrots on a large grater.
  2. We cut the onion finely.
  3. Fry the onion with carrots in a preheated pan with vegetable oil.
  4. Salt carrots with onions and mix.
  5. My liver, dry with a paper towel, remove the films and finely chop. So the sickens will turn out very juicy.
  6. Add flour to the liver and mix.
  7. Add sour cream, eggs, pepper, salt, dill and mix again.
  8. We combine with fried onions and carrots. Mix.
  9. We fry sichs in a heated pan with vegetable oil for several minutes on each side. For a long time we do not hold them to remain juicy. Turn over. We transfer to a plate, wait until we cool a little, and enjoy.
