In Krasnoyarsk, three owners of drinking institutions will be punished for violation of the law on silence

The police drew up administrative protocols against three leaders of entertainment institutions located in the center of Krasnoyarsk. Their names are not revealed.

The reason for the intervention of law enforcement officers was the complaints of citizens about loud music in the evening and at night. Krasnoyarsk residents repeatedly turned to the duty unit of the police department No. 1 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia “Krasnoyarsk” with a request to take measures.

Earlier, the police had already handed the leaders of the establishments of a warning about the inadmissibility of silence. However, the requirements were ignored. During the next raid, law enforcement officers recorded facts of violation of the law.

As a result, administrative protocols were drawn up against the managers of three drinking institutions under article 1.1 of the Law of the Krasnoyarsk Territory “On Administrative Offenses”. The materials were sent to the administration of the Central District for consideration and decision -making.

The police emphasized that the work to identify such offenses will continue.
