We are talking about Rosneft's refinery – in Ryazan (there were “loud explosions” in this area) and Novokuybyshevsk (publics wrote about 10 explosions).
According to the news agency, Novokuybyshevsky refinery stopped the work completely on August 2.
At the Ryazan refinery, Reuters writes, after a drone attack, only one installation of primary oil refining (ELOU, is designed to desalcate and primary oil fractionation), its capacity is 23.2 thousand tons per day, which is approximately 48% of the total capacity of the plant.
Two more “Ryazan” Eloou – with a capacity of 8.6 thousand tons per day and 11.4 thousand tons per day – were stopped after shelling, the agency claims.
