In the village of Zashensky, Shushensky district of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police detained a drunken car carrier.
Everything happened the night before. Autoledia left its VAZ-2115 near the house with keys in the ignition lock, and later found it on the territory of a kindergarten with mechanical damage.
Law enforcement officers managed to quickly establish the identity of the hijacker-it turned out to be a 47-year-old local resident.
“The man confessed to his deed and explained that he had drunk with friends, and after Without permission He took advantage of a foreign car and, when driving, ran to the fence of the kindergarten. Then he threw the car and went to his acquaintances. Based on the results of the examination, the driver established a state of intoxication – 1.20 mg/l, ”said the State Department of Internal Affairs.
A criminal case was opened against him 
under Part 1 of Art. 166 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Unlawful seizure of a car without the purpose of theft” and brought to administrative responsibility: for driving drunk, without rights and for leaving the place of accidents. The decision on punishment will be made by the court.
