Chekhov’s bronze sculpture was returned to the same place on theater square. This was reported by the administration of Krasnoyarsk.
Recall that the monument was removed after the start of the construction of the underground parking. During this time he was cleaned, strengthened, restored the signature of the writer. After more than a year, the sculpture returned to the place.
Return of Bronze Chekhov to Theater Square
Recall that the monument was created by the sculptor Yuri Ishkhanov and architects – Arieg Demirkhanov and Vladimir Chepizhko. It was installed in 1995. The sculptor Andrei Kiyanitsyn worked on the restoration of the figure. The customer of the work was the center of transport logistics.
