US President Donald Trump has announced that he will be subjected to annual medical control at the Medical Center of the Walter Reed on Friday, this being the first annual physical examination that the Republican will perform during the second term, EFE reports, taken by Agerpres.
“I am pleased to inform you that my annual physical exam, which has been scheduled a long time ago, will take place at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center on Friday. I have never felt better, but even so, these things must be done!”, Wrote the American leader on his social social account.
In 2020, Trump was treated for Covid-19 at the same hospital.
The 78 -year -old US president has emphasized his health on several occasions, but especially during last year's electoral cycle, when he ran against former Democrat President Joe Biden, 82 years old.
Trump started his second term in January, being the oldest person who did this in the history of the United States, at 78 and 220 days, exceeding Biden, who was 78 and 61 days old when he started his term in 2020.
According to the national press, the medical control that President Trump will do includes standard physical tests, such as blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, heart rate and weight.
