Companies of small and medium -sized businesses, individual entrepreneurs and self -employed Russians will receive the right to postpone payments on loans for up to six months. Such a law was adopted by the State Duma, it will enter into force on October 1, 2025.
If the entrepreneur has several loan agreements, the holidays are allowed to take for each of them, including preferential loans with a reduced rate. But only on condition that the contracts were issued no earlier than March 1, 2024.
The size of the loan should not exceed:
- 10 million rubles – for self -employed;
- 60 million rubles – for micro enterprises;
- 400 million rubles – for small businesses;
- 1 billion rubles – for medium -sized enterprises.
“An entrepreneur can request a vacation, even if he delayed the credit payment – but not more than 30 days. During the holidays, fines and penalties for delay will not grow. But interest on debt will continue to be accrued – they will be added monthly to the loan amount, and interest will also run to them, ”the information on the portal of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation“ Financial Culture ”reads.
During the holidays, for each loan agreement, it is allowed to re -apply, but not more than once every 5 years. Banks are not entitled to refuse to defer payments when all the conditions of credit holidays are fulfilled. But they can also offer their own debt restructuring programs.
