Ingredients:
- soft dates – 200 g
- cocoa (without sugar) – 3 tbsp. l.
- Water – 50–70 ml
- Oil (coconut or olive) – 1 tbsp. l.
- Vanilla – 1 tsp.

Method of preparation:
1. Pour the dates with hot water for 15 minutes. After drain the excess fluid.
