Ingredients:

  • soft dates – 200 g
  • cocoa (without sugar) – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Water – 50–70 ml
  • Oil (coconut or olive) – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Vanilla – 1 tsp.
  • A pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

1. Pour the dates with hot water for 15 minutes. After drain the excess fluid.

2. We put all the ingredients in the blender. Beat, pouring water a little, until the texture of the pasta becomes smooth and cream.

3. Be sure to try. If it seems that something is missing, then we add more cocoa or a little vanilla.

4. We transfer the finished mass to the jar and remove it in the refrigerator.

Useful tips:

For the depth of taste, you can add a little bitter chocolate without sugar. If you do not have vanilla or vanilla extract, it can be replaced with ordinary vanilla. The consistency is convenient to regulate with a small amount of water.

Such a pasta can be stored in the refrigerator for several days. But it usually disappears in a couple of hours.
