Detachment concluded at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and for the second employee of Sector 4 City Hall arrived in New York, after the SNOOOOOP.ro investigation

Three different sources from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the City Hall of Sector 4 confirmed for Snoop.ro that the detachment of Dorinel-Gheorghe Artene, the husband of the City Hall and the former prefect of the Capital, was concluded a week ago, on July 16, after the City Hall officially responded to the publication's request.
- The representatives of the City Hall of Sector 4 officially confirmed that Artene had returned to DGAUIS on July 17, 2025, six days ago.
Snoop published the case of Artene on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, as the second detached man in the United States of the City Hall 4, respectively the General Directorate for Administration of Education Units, Sport and Culture Sector 4.
Several sources from the City Hall Sector 4 mentioned that the representatives of the City Hall S4 decided to withdraw Artene according to the case of Tamile Cristescu, whose detachment was concluded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in June 2025, after the SNOOOop investigation.
Today, July 23, 2025, the sources confirmed that Artene's detachment ended in the middle of last week, on July 16, 2025.
And a source from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs mentioned that the detachment was concluded on July 16, 2025, at the request of DGAUISC.
That is, two days after the official response of DGAUISC Sector 4 for SNOOP, a response to a request made in early July.
Sector 4 City Hall officially confirmed that Artene returned to DGAUIS on July 17, 2025.
Artene and Cristescu, sent to MAE – New York
In just a few months, at the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023, Tamila Cristescu and Dorinel Artene were detached from the princely direction to two entities subordinated to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Tamila Cristescu arrived at the Consulate General of Romania in New York, as a consular agent, while Dorinel Artene arrived as head of administrative service at the Permanent Mission of Romania from the United Nations.
Tamila Cristescu is the daughter of Radu Cristescu, former PSD deputy.
Dorinel Artene is the husband of Diana-Anca Artene, the secretary of the City Hall Sector 4 and the former prefect of the Capital in 2023.
Snoop wrote in May that the politician's daughter arrived at the New York Consulate after a month of work.
She was recalled to the post and removed from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on June 28, 2025.
