Renault's tips are now SUVs. Specifically, this Renault Rafale 1.2 PHEV 300 E-TECH 4WD Alpine workshop that was part of the SUVs under the magnifying glass in Cars and Roads Croatia.
Clearly the Renault range evolves, positions in a slightly superior area, to create a more generous space between its products and those of the group brands. Name, gusts? Société des Arcions Caudron, one of the first aircraft manufacturers in France, was purchased by the Renault car manufacturer in 1933. Flers was one of the models produced, so the name remained registered.

Fafale is an SUV coupe built on the CMF-CD platform, and if we respect the one said by BMW at the debut of X6, we should call it a bag-Sport Activity Coupe. Along with Espace, this SUV coupe represents the Admiral ship of the Renault range.
The tour version is called by Renault – Hyper Hybrid. The propulsion package is composed of a 1.2-liter thermal engine that develops 150 hp and 230 Nm, accompanied by three other electric motors. On the front axle we have an electric motor of 68 hp and 205 Nm, on the rear axle we have another 136 hp and 195 Nm engine. There is also a starter/generator that boasts 34 hp and 50 Nm. In total, Fafale Phev boasts of a full traction of 300 hp. The battery has a total capacity of 22 kW, and can only be charged to AC with up to 7.4 kW. The declared electrical autonomy is 105 km.

An interesting thing, the car uses the data provided by Google on the topography of the next 7 km of road to manage the available resources as efficiently as possible.
In the case of exclusively electrical running, the car uses 160 hp and can reach a maximum speed of 135 km/h.
The upper positioning is discovered inside, where details like the lined pockets of the doors indicate an extra refinement. If I go into details such as slate, a sedimentary rock composed of clay and clay with a very fine granulation composed of pressure, used as an ornament on the dashboard, it becomes obviously the step up.

Flefale's interior is a pleasant place to be in, dressing you elegantly, leaves your cockpit sensation, but at the same time it is extremely spacious. The Plug-in Hybrid version has the lower trunk with about 70 liters (465 liters) compared to the Full Hybrid version.
Dynamically it impresses pleasantly. It is an integral traction that up to 70 km/h places focus on the front axle, and then bring the rear axle to the fore. With a fine ear you get to feel these dynamic features. Being heavier by almost 300 kg than the hybrid version, the suspension is slightly recalibrated. And the car is standard equipped with the integral steering system. I think it is the only detail that requires a minimum period of accommodation.
A coupe SUV with a sports image, with a good dynamic, but can play excellent and the role of family car.
