According to a blogger, instead of vinegar, citric acid is used in the recipe, and the cucumbers themselves are sweet and incredibly crispy.

Nuances

  1. For pickling, you need to choose young cucumbers of small size.
  2. The tastier the fresh cucumber, the tastier it will be in the bank.

Ingredients on a jar of 3 liters

  • 2 kg of cucumbers;
  • Fuck leaves,
  • Currants, cherries and twigs of dill;
  • black and fragrant pepper;
  • bay leaf;
  • garlic.

Products for the marinade

  • 2 tbsp. l. salts;
  • 5 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • 1.5 tsp. citric acid;
  • As much water as it will fit into the jar.

Cooking

  1. Soak the cucumbers in cold water for three hours.
  2. Wash and dry.
  3. Put the greens and spices to the bottom of the jar.
  4. Fill the banks with cucumbers.
  5. Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 15 minutes.
  6. Add sugar and salt to the pan. Pour water from cucumbers into it. Bring to a boil and reduce the fire. Add citric acid.
  7. Pour the cucumbers with marinade and tightly close the banks with lids.
  8. Turn the jars upside down and cover them with a blanket. Leave in this position until completely cooled.
