Nuances
- For pickling, you need to choose young cucumbers of small size.
- The tastier the fresh cucumber, the tastier it will be in the bank.
Ingredients on a jar of 3 liters
- 2 kg of cucumbers;
- Fuck leaves,
- Currants, cherries and twigs of dill;
- black and fragrant pepper;
- bay leaf;
- garlic.
Products for the marinade
- 2 tbsp. l. salts;
- 5 tbsp. l. Sahara;
- 1.5 tsp. citric acid;
- As much water as it will fit into the jar.
Cooking
- Soak the cucumbers in cold water for three hours.
- Wash and dry.
- Put the greens and spices to the bottom of the jar.
- Fill the banks with cucumbers.
- Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 15 minutes.
- Add sugar and salt to the pan. Pour water from cucumbers into it. Bring to a boil and reduce the fire. Add citric acid.
- Pour the cucumbers with marinade and tightly close the banks with lids.
- Turn the jars upside down and cover them with a blanket. Leave in this position until completely cooled.
