Now the level of fatigue is carried out on the basis of the results of psychological tests, assessing the variability of the heart rhythm, electroencephalography, the pipelometry and stabilometry. Traditional diagnosis requires a large amount of time and special medical equipment. So at home or in production it is unrealistic.

“The student of the Siberian State Medical University has created a program to assess the level of fatigue of the body. Based on the program, the Chillcheck mobile application will be created, which will diagnose fatigue by quick and accessible to everyone. The program determines the psychophysical state of a person from the photo in two seconds with minimal time, labor and resources for diagnostics, ”the press service of the university said.

Developer Andrei Stop receives an education in a specialty of a medical cybernetics. He taught the program using photos of tired people. Now the prototypical version of the program allows you to determine the level of fatigue with an error of 10 %.

“A neural network trained in photographs can determine the degree of fatigue of a person in the smallest details of facial expressions in a few seconds. To diagnose, users do not need any additional equipment, except for the smartphone or computer camera, ”the press service said.

At the next stage, the program is tested on real people. It is assumed that it will be used by mental workers and those whose profession requires a high concentration.
