She also wanted to explain to the sale of Asseco Poland shares and additional remuneration of members of the supervisory board, including Justyna Kulka – wife of Zygmunt Solorz. According to Tobias Solorz's representative, it was over PLN 8 million. The proxy also asked to indicate the reasons why the Management Board completed the instructions of Zygmunt Solorz in the scope of appeal from companies, including Tobias Solorz and Piotr Żak.

The genesis of the dispute in the Solorz family
On August 2, 2024, Zygmunt Solorz gave the children to the children: Tobias Solorz, Piotr and Aleksandra Żakom in two foundations registered in Liechtenstein: Tivi and Solkomtel. Neither the children of Zygmunt Solorz, nor the previous council, nor the next, new one can. Until the dispute ends legally, nothing will change, And Zygmunt Solorz emphasizes that he has control over the Tivi foundation.
So at the moment the court stood on the side of the children. However, as Zygmunt Solorz indicates in his position, this does not mean that the father lost and the children took over the management of the foundations. Since Solorz announced that he would appeal, the case is still in the hands of the second instance court in Liechtenstein.
