In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, police officers stopped the car led by a 14-year-old girl, to whom her father gave driving lessons.

The night before, the DPS DPS inspectors drew attention to the Nissan car uncertainly moving along the road. They stopped transport and saw that a teenage girl was sitting at the wheel. Next to her was the owner of a foreign car – the father of a minor. He explained to the police that he was teaching his daughter driving.

“In relation to the girl’s father, material was compiled under Part 3 of Art. 12.7 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation for transferring a vehicle to a person who does not have the right to drive. The sanction of the article provides for a fine of 30 thousand rubles “, – They told the police.

After this incident, a teenager can be put on a preventive record in a division for minors, and the father will be brought to administrative responsibility under Part 1 of Art. 5.35 Administrative Code of the Russian Federation (improper performance of their parental duties).
